Die war bisher schon ein sehr schönes Wochenende!
Gestern waren wir im Kino und schauten den neuen Twilight-Film.
Aber ich muss sagen, dass es wirklich nicht so toll war.
Die Bücher habe ich mit Freuden gelesen, denn sie waren einfach spannend und romantisch. Die ersten drei Filme genauso, aber jetzt der Erste Teil des letzten Buches war ehrlich gesagt sch… Den ganzen Film über wurde die Zeit durch melancholische Szenen gestreckt, und ich weiss nicht wie daraus noch ein interessanter zweiter Teil entstehen soll.
Es hätte einfach wieder nur ein Film werden sollen…

Naja, aber der Kinoabend war toll, ich liebe es ins Kino zu gehen. :)

Heute war Weihnachtsmarkt angesagt. Glühwein, Pommes Frites, Waffel. Schön wars!

Demnächst poste ich mal Bilder vom Mailandurlaub. Wie gerne ich mich an gutes Wetter erinnere.
Das Hamburger Schietwetter ist nicht so mein Ding!

Heute habe ich mir etwas Zeit zum Shoppen genommen.

Es ist so wundervoll in Blankenese zu wohnen, denn man wohnt hier in der schönsten und ruhigsten Gegend Hamburgs, und ist trotzdem sehr zentral an der Innenstadt dran.

Es duftet draussen nach Crepes und Weihnachtsbäumen!

Komischer weise ist aber noch nicht so kalt wie es im Winter sein sollte. Mal sehen was der Klimawandel noch so bringt. Auf jeden Fall ist meiner Meinung nach jetzt erst der herbst hier angekommen. Schneien wird es dann wohlmöglich erst im Januar…

Hier sind einige Sachen die ich mir heute gekauft habe. Es ist so schlimm, eigentlich wollte ich Weihnachtsgeschenke kaufen und was habe ich statt dessen gemacht? -fast nur Sachen für mich geshopped. Ui ui.

it is a cute city northern of phoenix and its sooo gogeous!

there are a lot of spiritual people and you can buy a lot of meditation things.

i loved the energy there, because i really think this place is full of positive energy!

you can just sit there in the nature, see those beautiful red rocks and meditate the hole day:)

i think this was the city where i could life in. its very sweet and the houses and the energy there is so nice:)

its so extremely cold at the bridge, still at the summer you have to dress like its almost winter!

hey friends! yesterday we went out and met with a few friends at the city, where you get the real german “glühwein”. it was so nice, and we had a lot of fun. as much as i like it to party with my bestfriends, it is so nice to party with my boyfriends and our bestfriends together. i think for the relationship it is very important to have fun and party together, because than you go home and feel much more the bonding between you.

as i sayd before, that you have to dress for your self confident, the same thing counts on your dressign at home. it does not matter if someone sees you, but just try it a few times! if you look that pretty that you need to feel self confident, you get exactly this satisfaction you need every day! it does not matter if somebody sees you, if you have new clothes or try to be another one. just be yourself, dress and style yourself everyday so that you feel confident and just enjoy that feelings! everybody must love himself the most:)

good evening friends! today i did a lot of account stuff. that are the things i dont like if you do your own business. the weather at hamburg is very cloudy again. thats why today put on my cosy scarf the first time this winter. its blue and i think it fits very good with grey clothes.

all right, i did not go to the cinema last night. i felt very bad and had a common cold.

i think next time when i am going to ride i have to get dressed more for winter.

today i am going to relax at my couch, watch tv and paint something.

i love to paint. its one of my favourites hobbies. i paint abstracts and on the other hand i do illustrations. painting gives me a lot self confident. when i m painting i hear angel music and relax. than i just feel the music and my feelings coming from inside and than i paint them. such a nice feeling:).

now i am going to meditate a little bit. here the thing you have to do i do not feel as lucky as you like to: sit down with your feed on the floor, hands not crossed and breathe as long deeply, as long you need to feel very calm and relaxed. than focus on every thing nice in your life and feel it as long as you need to feel the love of it. than you can say to let all the negative things go, which affects this love and let go.

hey friends! this was my lunch yesterday.

i love to eat, because its always reminding me of the positive things in live.
if you take five minites every day, sit down, relax, and just think of the good things in your life and try to feel the love which comes with these things, you will have the best perspective of a happier living.

always remember that you can have everything you like, just by feeling the positive love which is in you.

i love to wake up during the week, make some delicous breakfast, coffee and juice and first of all look a nice episode of gossip girl!

make every single day things which are relaxing to you and enjoy them with nit thinking of anything. just feel comfy:)

yesterday i felt like wearing cosy stuff. and i had the priviledge to been ready with work very soon so that i could buy groceries for the week.
at the end of the week i will make the christmas sweets and i am really exciting of it!

in the morning i did a very good meditation.
i usually do meditations which last ten minuetes every morning. i will tell you hiw to do it after a few days.

if dont feel ready to meditate, start with going out in the nature, just for a few moments and try to enjoy it and not think of anything.
notto think is very hard, but the harder you practise, the more you will know that:)

hey friends! today is a wonderful day!

i just started to restore all my old furniture. staring with painting my chairs high gloss white. cant wait to have the apartment done! my walk in closet needs new curtains and a chandelier. cant wait!!!

today i went for breakfast and felt very enjoing it with a fresh cappucino, gems and crepes.

for dinner i cooked my homemade lentil soup as you can see in the pictures. love it with a lot of vinegar and vegetarian sausiges:)
